The PermaLyte™ backlit lightbox from Blue River Digital is specifically designed for new and retrofit architectural applications in corporate settings, shopping centers, and upscale retail spaces where utmost quality and a permanent, finished look are paramount for lighted fixtures. Fully customizable from display size to frame style to finish colors, the PermaLyte is your permanent backlit showcase that will work hard and perform beautifully and maintenance-free for years, and even moreso when upgraded to LED option.
ADA requirement for protrusion of mounted fixtures in indoor pedestrian thoroughfares is a maximum of 4", so this is where the PermaLyte comes in, because it is specially designed to give you the cabinet depth you want for superior light diffusion and heat dissipation, but enables you to flush-mount all or part of the lightbox chamber into your existing wall structure, for ADA-compliant protrusion depth. Also, our full UL-listing with serialized sticker comes with each PermaLyte lightbox, to ensure code compliance in all jurisdictions that require NEMA certification and/or UL approval.
The PermaLyte can be upgraded to LED lamps, dimmable circuit, and/or various lens materials and thicknesses, depending on your application. Also ask about frame styles, loading methods and finish trim options so that we may assist your design phase to achieve the ideal backlit solution.
